The $FBTC token officially launched and became available for swapping and bridging on the Ethereum and Mantle networks.

The project officially rebranded from Ignition FBTC to Function, reflecting its mission to establish an institutional yield standard for Bitcoin.

Function announced it closed a $10 million seed funding round led by Galaxy Digital, with participation from Antalpha and Mantle.

Ignition (now Function) adopted Chainlink's services, including Price Feeds and Proof of Reserve (PoR), to enhance the transparency and reliability of the FBTC asset.
