Education

Tiew graduated from Imperial College London with a BSc in Biotechnology in 2017. He then earned his Master's in Management from London Business School in 2018. ^[3]

Career

Tiew began his career as a private equity summer analyst at Creador in 2017, focusing on investments in South and Southeast Asia. In 2018, he worked as a summer analyst at AnaCap Financial Partners, specializing in private equity for European financial services. Afterward, he joined Boston Consulting Group, serving as an associate from 2018 to 2020, and later as a senior associate, working on private equity due diligence, fund strategy, industrial goods, and digital transformation projects. He co-founded DIAM Digital Marketing in 2019, executing digital strategies for real estate clients and driving significant ad-spend growth. ^[4]

In 2020, he co-founded Aidaro, an AI-powered home recommendation engine. During this time, he also briefly held the role of growth manager for SEEK in 2021, focusing on expanding the candidate network for the job-search platform in Southeast Asia. Since October 2021, he has been a core contributor at Virtuals Protocol, working on an AI agents library for entertainment and gaming. ^[4]
