On August 26, 2024, Mr. TAOSHI stepped down, transitioning control of the $TAOSHI project to the community in a move toward full decentralization. TAOSHI had a total supply of 21M tokens, but after the CTO, around 141k tokens, were burned, leaving roughly 20M as the max supply. ^[2][3]

On September 25, 2024, $TAOSHI announced a partnership with MindAI. As part of the partnership, MindAI integrated a customized WhiteLabel bot into the $TAOSHI community to explore decentralized AI. ^[4]
