# Early Life & Education  
  
Connolly, who achieved an ATAR score of 99.95 and emerged as the winner of the Lawerence Campbell oratory competition for his public speaking skills, pursued a dual degree in computer science and law at the University of Sydney. # ImmutableX  
  
Along with [Robbie Ferguson](https://iq.wiki/wiki/robbie-ferguson) and [James Ferguson](https://iq.wiki/wiki/james-ferguson), Connolly worked on creating video games utilizing blockchain. In the summer of 2018, the team worked day and night to build a game on [Ethereum](https://iq.wiki/wiki/ethereum). At the same time, Connolly was working full-time as a paralegal for Gilbert + Tobin. What started as a concept to develop computer games, resulted in the creation of two hits: Etherbots and Gods Unchained. Furthermore, the team went on to devise a platform that enabled other companies to establish businesses centered around digital assets, commonly known as non-fungible tokens (NFTs), on a large scale.
