Alicia Noel
Alicia Noel is a Blockchain enthusiast and founder of Cultivati Inc.
Career
Alicia started her career in 1997, being an assistant to the Chief Administration Officer at Wasserstein Perella. In 1999, she got a position of an Executive Assistant to the Chief financial officer at Rare Medium. From 1995 to 2002, Alicia worked at Centro Ecuatoriano Norteamericano (Guayaquil, Ecuador), teaching communicative English and U.S. culture to children, high school students and adults.
From 2001 to 2002, Alicia served as an Investor Relations Associate at Rubenstein Public Relations. In 2002, she became a development intern at South North Development Initiative. From 2003 to 2005, Alicia worked as a Budget Analyst at NYC Office of Management & Budget. In 2005, she joined NYC Department of Small Business Services as a Budget Director.
In 2009, Alicia served as an International Cooperation Specialist at United Nations Industrial Development Organization's Investment and Technology Promotion Office in Beijing. Living in China, she was a Training Consultant and Program Designer and taught customized professional skills and executive English courses to corporate executives and groups, with consistent strong positive feedback. Alicia served also as an Internship Program Director of CET Academic Programs and Business Lecturer at China Agricultural University.
In 2016, Alicia was a Mentor at Food Future, Inc. Currently, she is an Advisor for China Food Supply Chain & Organic Agriculture, Grand Central Tech and Food-X. Alicia is a founder of Cultivati Inc and Co-founder of Meile Youxue.
Education
Alicia holds a B.A in Psychology from Hunter College and M.B.A in International Business Administration from Rutgers Business School. She is also a graduate of Wagner Graduate School of Public Service.
