From 1985 to 1994, Andrea worked in Marketing at Swatch USA, Pentel USA and Thomson Financial Services. In 1996, she served as a Summer associate at Young Conaway Stargatt & Taylor. From 1997 to 1998, Andrea worked as a Law clerk to William B. Chandler III at Delaware Court of Chancery.  
  
From 1998 to 2003, Andrea served as an Associate at Pepper Hamilton LLP. In 2003-2013, she had several positions at CSC. In 2016, she became a Founding Director of Delaware Blockchain Initiative.
