Bryantsev began his career in software development and technology leadership roles. From 2008 to 2010, he served as architect and head of development at New Media, where he worked on a social portal and multiplayer virtual world platform for children. In 2011, Bryantsev co-founded Radario and served as Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer for nearly a decade. During his tenure, the company developed cloud-based ticketing and marketing solutions before being acquired. He later served as CTO of Robotics at Arrival from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, he co-founded bemo.finance, a [liquid staking](https://iq.wiki/wiki/liquid-staking) protocol built on the [TON](https://iq.wiki/wiki/the-open-network-toncoin) [blockchain](https://iq.wiki/wiki/blockchain).
