Brenda Loya graduated from the University of Texas at El Paso in 2004 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Economics. She returned to  Johns Hopkins University in 2008 for her master’s degree and he graduated in 2011 with a Master's Arts degree in Applied Economics.[\[4\]](#cite-id-glzgphxc39)  
  
# Career  
  
She worked as an Analyst and Economics at the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Washington, D.C., between December 2010 and August 2015. As an analyst, analyzed and completed a secondary review of employment estimates for Texas, New Mexico, and Los Angeles, and she also ensured analysts followed set policies and procedures. In August 2015, Brenda was employed as a Supervisory Statistician at the United States Department of Labor to administer employment and training. As a Supervisory Statistician, she managed data collection, creation, and publication as well as analyzing for the Unemployment Insurance Weekly Claims Release. She worked for six months as an International Economic Analyst for the United States Energy Information Administration. During her six months of service, she analyzed world regions’ industry trends and energy intensities. She also helped develop tools to improve data reviews.[\[7\]](#cite-id-cquzs2g2f)  
  
She also worked at Daxia between May 2018 and March 2019 as a Lead Developer (Blockchain, Scalability, and Data Science). She helped Daxia to deploy developed contracts to testnets and mainnet [Ethereum](https://iq.wiki/wiki/ens) as well as monitoring its production process regularly.
