# Career  
  
In 2009, Reim co-founded and served as CEO of Applied Power Innovations, an LLC focused on marketing and selling energy-saving products. In 2011, he interned at Highland Capital Partners and then worked in growth equity at General Catalyst Venture Partners. [\[1\]](#cite-id-ml6zburor9l)  
  
In June 2012, he worked at Morgan Stanley as a summer analyst in the technology investment banking division for three months. He also became vice president at Highland Capital Partners. In 2016, he co-founded AutoReach, an intelligent sales dialer. During this time, he also invested in various companies, including SmartThings and Bitnet Technologies Ltd. From 2018 to now, Reim has served as the director of Avochato Inc., an enterprise mobile messaging company, Ditto, a [P2P](https://iq.wiki/wiki/peer-to-peer-trading-p2p) data-sharing platform, and Fount, a health and performance advisor. He is also the co-founder and managing partner of Amity Ventures, a people-focused firm that supports tech founders.
