## Career  
  
Emma started her career in 1999, being a Trainee at Herbert Smith Freehills. Later, she became an Associate there, and then had the same position at Skadden Arps and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP. From 2013 to 2014, Emma worked as a Senior Corporate Counsel and Director at Echostar Corporation. In 2014-2016, she served as a Senior Vice President of Legal & Regulatory at Imaging Advantage. Later, she was a General Counsel and Executive Vice President at The Argon Group. Emma Channing is currently the General Counsel of the Argon Group, the only technology-first investment bank focused exclusively on the digital finance sector — specifically the emerging digital token-based capital markets.
