## Education

Ken Seiff attended Phillips Academy Andover from 1978 to 1982. He later enrolled at the University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Entrepreneurial Management between 1983 and 1986.  [\[2\]](#cite-id-5Az3ELeaBBT8saFj) 

## Career

Ken Seiff’s career spans entrepreneurship, retail operations, investment banking, and venture capital. He founded Pivot Rules Inc. in 1991, developing a golf sportswear brand that later completed an initial public offering in 1997. In 1998, he founded Bluefly, Inc., an online retailer of discounted designer fashion, where he served as Chief Executive Officer and led the company’s capital raising and operational buildout through 2004.

From 2004 to 2009, Seiff co-founded and led Glowcast Ventures, an incubator and advisory firm working with consumer brands and digital businesses. He subsequently co-founded Poppin (FLOK LLC) in 2009, an office supplies company positioned around design and branding. Between 2011 and 2013, he served as Executive Vice President of Direct and Omni-Channel at Brooks Brothers, overseeing its e-commerce, catalog, and customer service operations.

Seiff has also held advisory and board roles, including positions with Simply Gum, PredictSpring, Kule LLC, Shop.org, and the National Retail Federation. Since 2008, he has led Seiff & Company LLC, an investment bank and advisory firm serving entrepreneurial businesses.
