## Early Life and Education

Coutinho attended Savitribai Phule Pune University for a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from 2013 to 2015. Afterward, he attended Indira Gandhi National Open University for a Master's in Public Administration and graduated in 2017. ## Layer One X
In August 2021, Kevin Coutinho founded [Layer One X](https://iq.wiki/wiki/layer-one-x) and also serves as the Foundation Council President of the company. The project was officially announced on July 11, 2023.
