Landshare
Landshare is a blockchain-based platform that combines real estate investment with decentralized finance (DeFi) technology. It aims to make real estate investment more accessible by leveraging blockchain technology to tokenize real-world property assets. [1][3][4]
Overview
Landshare enables fractional ownership of real estate through its tokenization model. Investors can purchase Landshare RWA Tokens (LSRWA), which represent shares in a pool of real estate assets. This allows individuals to invest in property with lower capital requirements compared to traditional real estate investing. [5][6]
The platform operates on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) and offers a suite of DeFi features alongside its core real estate investment functionality. These include staking, yield farming, NFTs, and decentralized governance through the Landshare DAO. [3]
Key Features
Real Estate Tokenization
Landshare's primary offering is the tokenization of real-world properties. The process works as follows:
- Real estate assets are procured and added to the Real-World Asset (RWA) Pool.
- Each LSRWA token represents a share of this pool.
- Properties are leased and professionally managed on behalf of token holders.
- Rental income and property appreciation increase the value of LSRWA tokens over time.
This model allows investors to earn passive income from rental properties without the need for direct property management. [3]
LSRWA Token
The LSRWA token is the core investment vehicle on the Landshare platform. Key aspects include:
- Represents fractional ownership of the RWA pool
- Value increases with property appreciation and rental income
- Can be traded on decentralized exchanges (DEXs)
- Offers exposure to real estate markets with high liquidity[3]
LAND Token ($LAND)
The Landshare Token (LAND) is the native utility and governance token for Landshare. It serves as a means of payment, access, voting, and more. Its uses include Staking for rewards, participating in DAO governance, accessing premium features, and fee payments within the ecosystem. [7][5][6]
Landshare DAO (Governance)
The Landshare Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) allows token holders to participate in platform governance. Features include: voting on proposals, submitting custom proposals, managing treasury funds, and creating marketing initiatives and bounties. [8]
NFT Ecosystem
Landshare incorporates NFTs into its platform, offering Yield multipliers for staking, Upgradeable properties with various facilities, A marketplace for trading NFT, and Gamified elements like resource gathering and property management. [8]
Staking
While LAND has many uses across the ecosystem, there is also an incentive for simply holding the token or providing liquidity known as staking. There are 3 different ways to earn additional rewards from Landshare Tokens through the vaults page:
- Auto LAND Staking: The recommended option for most users. The Auto LAND Vault allows users to stake LAND Tokens and earn LAND rewards over time. Rewards are automatically reinvested, enabling users to benefit from compound interest.
- Manual LAND Staking: Recommended for advanced users, manual LAND staking also generates rewards over time but does not automatically compound them. Instead, rewards can be harvested manually at any time.
- LAND-BNB LP Staking: The LAND Token can be paired with BNB to provide liquidity on Pancakeswap. After providing liquidity, users will receive LP Tokens which can be staked for LAND Rewards. [8]
