# Career  
  
In 2013, Champine participated in HackMIT with [David Vorick](https://iq.wiki/wiki/david-vorick), a software developer he met at Rensselaer, where they collaborated on the early form of Sia, a decentralized cloud storage using blockchain, and the Siacoin.
