## Early Life & Education

Maksym Sakharov was born in Zaporizhzhia, Ukraine. He holds an MBA in FEA Management from Zaporizhzhia National University (2011), European Institute of Management & Finance, CIMA - Manage Finance in Digital world (2022). [\[4\]](#cite-id-Wj3LWeA3Uq)

## Career

Sakharov began his career in 2011 in operational and business development roles in software and fintech. In 2015, he founded Aeon Labs, an IT company focused on helping startups and enterprises across Asia build innovative fintech and blockchain solutions. [\[4\]](#cite-id-Wj3LWeA3Uq)
