# Career  
  
Between April 1996 and April 1997, Paolo Anziano served in the Italian Army as a Lieutenant. In this role, he managed a Transport Company, overseeing more than 300 units and leading a team of 100 soldiers.   
  
After his military service, Paolo joined STAMPAL Spa in April 1999. He worked there as a Quality Manager Assistant until September 2001, focusing on the company's quality management processes.   
  
From October 2001 to December 2017, Paolo was employed at Alfred Kärcher GmbH & Co. KG, where he worked in roles such as Quality Manager and Project Manager. There, he managed a team of 10 and was involved in coordinating international teams for product launches.   
  
Since July 2017, Paolo has been a Founding Partner at AmaZix, a service company, focused on providing guidance to blockchain projects. He leads a team of experts, focused on sustainable brand growth and successful client outcomes within the blockchain industry. Under his guidance, AmaZix provides a comprehensive suite of services for blockchain businesses, including Community Management, legal advisory, and more, solidifying its presence as a reputable consultancy in the field.
