**RWUSD** is a flexible-term yield product offered by [Binance](https://iq.wiki/wiki/binance) that records a user’s subscribed assets and accrued rewards within Binance’s accounts. It is not a [stablecoin](https://iq.wiki/wiki/stablecoin), security, fund, tokenized real-world asset, or on-chain asset, and it gives users no rights to the real-world assets used to generate yield.[\[1\]](#cite-id-nm4ok8xqgb)[\[2\]](#cite-id-ahlqkrz647)

## Overview

Users subscribe with eligible [stablecoins](https://iq.wiki/wiki/stablecoin) at a 1:1 rate and receive the corresponding amount of RWUSD in their [Binance](https://iq.wiki/wiki/binance) Spot Account. Qualified global users can subscribe with USDT or U, while eligible users in the European Economic Area can subscribe with [USDC](https://iq.wiki/wiki/usdc). Subscriptions are available through master accounts and subaccounts and are subject to personal and product-wide limits. A balance of at least 0.01 RWUSD is required to accrue rewards.[\[1\]](#cite-id-nm4ok8xqgb) [\[4\]](#cite-id-ovjPlkv0NtbgfyNM)

Binance says yield comes from its operations, including investments in real-world assets and fixed-income products. These include tokenized U.S. Treasury bills and other tokenized U.S. Treasury and fixed-income products managed by partners such as BlackRock, [Circle](https://iq.wiki/wiki/circle), and Franklin Templeton. Binance sets the reward [annual percentage rate (APR)](https://iq.wiki/wiki/annual-percentage-rate-apr) at its discretion, using prevailing institutional yield rates as a benchmark and considering market conditions and product sustainability.[\[1\]](#cite-id-nm4ok8xqgb)[\[2\]](#cite-id-ahlqkrz647)

### Key Features

* **RWA-Referenced Yield:** RWUSD rewards are benchmarked against [real-world assets (RWAs)](https://iq.wiki/wiki/real-world-assets-rwas), including tokenized U.S. Treasury bills, with the aim of maintaining relatively stable returns.
* **High Subscription Limits**: Users can subscribe up to $5 million, subject to applicable terms.
* **Uniform APR**: The same annual percentage rate (APR) applies across a user's subscription, without tiered rates.
* **Collateral Use**: RWUSD held in a Binance Spot Account can be used as collateral for binance.com while continuing to accrue rewards.
* **Daily Reward Distribution**: Rewards accrue daily and are distributed in RWUSD to users' Spot Accounts. The product advertises an APR of up to 4.2%. [\[3\]](#cite-id-3ObHwmojhG4WffPp)

## Redemption

Users can redeem RWUSD at any time. On successful redemption, [Binance](https://iq.wiki/wiki/binance) returns [USDC](https://iq.wiki/wiki/usdc) to the user’s Spot Account at a 1:1 rate, less applicable fees.[\[1\]](#cite-id-nm4ok8xqgb)[\[2\]](#cite-id-ahlqkrz647)

Binance offers two redemption methods. Fast Redemption returns USDC instantly and charges a fee of 0.1% of the redemption amount. Binance may periodically provide a personal daily quota that partially waives this fee; its product page lists a quota of 100 RWUSD. Standard Redemption charges a 0.05% fee and returns USDC by 10:00 a.m. on the third day after the request, or T+3. Personal and product-level daily redemption quotas apply and reset at 00:00 Coordinated Universal Time.[\[1\]](#cite-id-nm4ok8xqgb) [\[4\]](#cite-id-ovjPlkv0NtbgfyNM)
