## Education

## Career

Sam Ewen has held senior and executive roles across media, marketing, technology, and experiential innovation, working with a wide range of companies over several decades. Since 2021, he has been at **CoinDesk**, where he has served as Head of CoinDesk Studios, Senior Vice President and Head of Media Innovation & Experience, and Head of Social Media and Multimedia, overseeing video, audio, podcast, newsletter, and social media strategy. He is also a member of the **Sunday Dinner Community**, a professional network for marketing leaders.

Previously, Ewen was **Managing Director at dotdotdash, Inc.** (later acquired by TBWA) and held senior business development roles at **The New York Times** through its Fake Love unit, including Senior Vice President of Business Development and Director of New Business Development. He also worked as an **Adjunct Professor at Hunter College**, teaching media, public relations, and advertising.
