## SAMO Airdrop for Saga Smartphone  
  
In December 2023,  Samoyed Coin (SAMO) announced it would be releasing an [airdrop](https://iq.wiki/wiki/airdrop) for Solana Saga smartphone holders. The Solana Saga smartphone is a crypto smartphone by [Solana](https://iq.wiki/wiki/solana). The $SAMO airdrop was finally announced on January 8, 2024, alongside Saga Tools - a platform to let other Solana developers deploy airdrops and other benefits that are exclusively for owners of the Solana phone.
