Silly Dragon came into being during Halloween 2023 when [Anatoly Yakovenko](https://iq.wiki/wiki/anatoly-yakovenko), Co-Founder of [Solana](https://iq.wiki/wiki/solana), greeted conference attendees dressed as the Silly Dragon character.
