Klarna officially announced its plan to launch KlarnaUSD, a U.S. dollar-backed stablecoin in collaboration with Stripe and Paradigm.

Following its announcement, KlarnaUSD went live on the Tempo blockchain's testnet for development and testing purposes.

KlarnaUSD is scheduled for a full public rollout and mainnet deployment on the Tempo network in 2026.
