Stefano Bury earned his Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the international business school INSEAD.

Bury joined McKinsey & Company as an associate, working on strategy and management consulting projects. He was later promoted to engagement manager in 2020.

Bury joined LongHash Ventures as Program Lead, shifting his career focus to blockchain and Web3 startups. He held several roles, including COO, before becoming a Venture Partner.

Assumed the role of Head of the United States at Virtuals Protocol, leading the protocol's operations and strategy in the U.S.
