It’s time for the May edition of IQ Monthly News which covers IQ token news, partnerships, and more. The community also launched IQ Times, a media organization dedicated to the IQ ecosystem. IQ Times
Jae Yun Yi launched IQ Times, a community run media organization dedicated to covering the IQ ecosystem. IQ Times provides the community with interviews, videos, guides, and updates related to the IQ token, BrainDAO, and its dapps in both Korean and English. To celebrate, IQ Times created a Twitter meme contest and held a launch party during ETHSeoul in partnership with Flywheel DeFi. The Twitter Meme Contest was themed around how IQ uses AI technology with memes in English and Korean and includes a prize pool of 400,000 $IQ.
DefiLlama
In May 2022, IQ.wiki’s BrainDAO treasury and HiIQ yield became trackable on DefiLlama’s Treasury Dashboard. DefiLlama is a crypto data aggregator offering detailed information on cryptocurrencies and their stats as well as other data relevant to various DeFi sectors such as decentralized exchanges (DEXs), lending protocols, yield farming operations, staking pools, DeFi insurance, and other related products. This brings IQ exposure to DefiLlama’s community of DeFi users.
CoinMarketCap Community
This month IQ also joined the CMC community. CMC-Community is the official CoinMarketCap social platform created to provide a space for the community to learn more about their projects of interest. Follow IQ updates on CMC for more.
Hummingbot
Hummingbot launched a new 8-week liquidity mining campaign for $IQ on Binance with a ~US$9,600 total reward pool.
Flywheel
Flywheel DeFi, a podcast featuring updates on the Frax ecosystem and DeFi in general, covered IQ in their weekly FraxCheck video series.
IQ.wiki released Web3 Signer
In early May, BrainDAO released a Web3 Signer, a library that allows websites to authenticate users with the help of a signature. This library is a fork of web3-token that focus on making the library more lightweight. While the tech was originally designed for IQ.wiki it is open-source and can be used by any Web 3 dapp.
