Jack Lu

Jack Lu is the Founder and CEO of the Wanchain Foundation. He is based in Austin, Texas.[1][5]

Education

Lu attended Peking University and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Enterprise Management in 1992. He went on to earn post-graduate degrees from Ohio State University, first an MS in Applied Economics and Computer Science in 1998 and then an MBA in 2007.

Career

Early in his career, Lu was a Project Manager for several firms in Beijing. In 1999 he moved to Ohio and worked for a variety of firms in different capacities as a Project Manager and Developer. Those companies include Integro Data Systems, Reynolds and Reynolds, L Brands, and Tween Brands. He later was a Software architect for Xerox and Hewlett-Packard.[2][3]

Lu was Co-Founder and CTO of Factom from June 2014 to July 2016. He founded Wanglu Tech in July 2016 which aims to bring blockchain technology to a greater range of applications. Lu would go on to found Wanchain in 2017.[4]
