Gong began her career in 2021 as a quantitative developer on the macro team at Two Sigma, a quantitative investment firm. In 2022, she transitioned to a software engineer role at the financial technology company Anrok, where she worked until 2023. Later that year, she joined Scale AI, an enterprise data platform, initially serving as Chief of Staff to the CEO, before becoming the Director of Product for Generative AI.
