Career

Shekikhachev's professional experience began with internships in finance. In 2010, he joined Citibank as an intern in the Global Subsidiaries Group, where he gained experience in financial operations. In 2011, he completed an internship in the Department of Professional Practice at KPMG, focusing on audit and compliance, which served as a basis for later work with blockchain technology.

In 2014, he joined VTB Capital as an Associate in Structuring, where he worked on financial projects involving structured transactions. In 2016, he was promoted to Director of Structuring, taking on responsibilities in managing complex financial arrangements. In 2021, he became Executive Director of Structuring, a position he held until September of that year.

From September 2021 to December 2022, Shekikhachev served as Head of Structuring at Credit Bank of Moscow, where he was responsible for overseeing financial structuring processes.
