Hyperliquid Policy Center launched as a non-profit research and advocacy organization to promote clear regulations for DeFi in the United States, led by founder and CEO Jake Chervinsky.

The Hyper Foundation contributed 1,000,000 HYPE tokens, valued at approximately $28-29 million at the time, to fund the launch and operations of the Hyperliquid Policy Center.

Announced its founding team, with Jake Chervinsky as Founder and CEO, Brad Bourque as Policy Counsel, and Salah Ghazzal as Policy Director.
