Muchnik founded Launch Legal LLC, a boutique law firm dedicated to serving modern companies with a special emphasis on the blockchain and Web3 space.

She became a Partner at Forward Counsel LLP, a law firm specializing in emerging technologies, in a strategic partnership with her firm, Launch Legal.

Muchnik co-founded Colorado Open Source Software (COSS), an organization to support the open-source community, where she serves as a board member.
