Innovation & Central Banking

At the Injective Summit in July 2026, Tuteja joined Eleanor Terrett of Crypto in America for a fireside chat about innovation across central banking, crypto, AI, and payments. Tuteja discussed her unexpected transition from the private sector into the Federal Reserve and the challenges of introducing emerging technologies within a public institution, contrasting the Fed’s response to crypto with its earlier adoption of AI. She also examined payment system modernization, including faster payments and stablecoins, arguing for market-driven innovation while maintaining financial stability and appropriate regulatory safeguards. The conversation concluded with her views on agentic payments and AI-driven commerce, as well as her current work in AI policy consulting. [1]
