• Trade: The company provides THB and cryptocurrency exchange services through its platform, enabling users to buy, sell, and hold digital assets. 

• Deposit: THB is the only fiat deposit option available, while coin deposits are limited to supported coins. Depositing THB involves transferring funds via official Thai bank accounts listed on the platform. Coin deposits are processed by transferring coins to the user's Bitkub wallet address, with the amount automatically added to the account.

• Withdraw: THB withdrawals are possible once a user's Thai bank account is verified on the platform. Coin withdrawals can be made by simply inputting the recipient's wallet address. Email confirmation is required for both withdrawal types, and if activated, users may need to enter a 2FA authentication code.

Bug Bounty Program

Bitkub facilitates the disclosure of security vulnerabilities through an external bug bounty program on HackenProof. ^[5]

The range of the bounty goes from $50 to $3,000, depending on the severity of the vulnerability. A low vulnerability is awarded between $50 to $100, a medium between $200 to $300, a high between $900 to $1,200, and a critical between $1,500 to $3,000. ^[5]

After completing his MPhil in Economics at Oxford University, UK, Topp worked as an investment banker, a financial consultant, and a central banker. Topp received an Honorary Degree of Philosophy in Digital Economy (Ph.D. in Digital Economy) from Rangsit University, and he is by far the youngest nominee for an Honorary Degree in Digital Economy in Thai history.
