Daniel Wang is a technology executive and entrepreneur who is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aethir, a company specializing in Decentralized Physical Infrastructure Networks (DePIN). [1] [3]

Daniel Wang is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Aethir, a decentralized real-time rendering network established in Singapore in 2021. Since the same year, he has also served as a Venture Partner at Infinity Ventures Crypto, supporting blockchain-focused startups. Wang holds advisory and investment positions in several companies, including SNACKCLUB, MyGamez Ltd., and Aquaria, a Singapore-based firm specializing in atmospheric water generation. He is a board member and investor in SHFT., a cultural and lifestyle platform in China, and an investor in Boulevard, a U.S.-based personal care software company.
Between 2021 and 2024, Wang was Chief Investment Officer and later Advisor at W3GG, a Southeast Asia–focused Web3 gaming guild affiliated with Yield Guild Games. From 2017 to 2023, he was an investor in Upward Farms, a U.S. vertical farming company, and from 2019 to 2021 he served as a gaming ecosystem advisor to the DREP Foundation. He was also an investor in KAABOOWorks Services, a live entertainment and arts venture, from 2014 to 2021.
Earlier in his career, Wang worked at Riot Games from 2013 to 2019, where he held senior roles including Head of International Publishing Management, Head of Global Expansion and Infrastructure, and Head of Operations for Riot Games China. Prior to that, he served as Director of Strategy and Corporate Development at iFlow Systems (2012–2013) and as Senior Manager of Corporate Strategy and Global Insights at HTC (2010–2012), where he worked across Asia, Europe, and North America. His earlier roles include Finance Director at Hendrick Automotive Group (2009–2010), Regional Director for financial markets at Sageworks, Inc. (2008), Analyst in Private Wealth Management at Deutsche Bank Securities (2007–2008), and Summer Analyst at McMaster-Carr (2006). [2]
