Guillaume Nervo is a French entrepreneur and co-founder of Angle Labs, the core development company behind the Angle Protocol, a decentralized finance (DeFi) platform focused on stablecoins. [1] [2]
Guillaume Nervo earned a Master’s degree in Computational and Mathematical Engineering (ICME) from Stanford University, completing the program from 2019 to 2021. He previously obtained a Diplôme d’ingénieur Polytechnicien in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from École Polytechnique, graduating in 2020. [9]
Guillaume Nervo co-founded Angle Labs alongside Pablo Veyrat and "Picodes" in March 2021, serving as a core contributor to the research and development of blockchain-based financial applications.
Prior to co-founding Angle Labs, Nervo worked as a Data Scientist at Vanguard (June–August 2020), focusing on corporate bankruptcy forecasting, municipal bond tools, and internal data science competitions. He was a Graduate Research Assistant at Stanford University School of Medicine (October 2019–June 2020), conducting deep learning research on skin lesion segmentation and attribute detection, and a Research Assistant at Université de Montréal (April–September 2019), extending stochastic simulation libraries for network reliability analysis. Earlier, he worked as a Quantitative Researcher at BNP Paribas Asset Management (June–September 2018), creating robo-advisory tools and portfolio replication models, and as an Assistant Teacher in Mathematics at Shanghai Jiao Tong University (September 2016–March 2017), supporting undergraduate students.
