StablR Ltd., the issuing entity of USDR, was registered as a limited liability company in Malta.

StablR Ltd. was granted an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) license by the Malta Financial Services Authority (MFSA), authorizing it under MiCA regulations.

StablR issued its second Electronic Money Token, USDR, to the market by deploying the smart contract and establishing USD safeguarding.

The first StablR USD (USDR) stablecoin was officially minted, marking a key milestone for the token's circulation.

StablR announced that USDR, alongside its EURR token, would begin trading on the Kraken cryptocurrency exchange, increasing its market accessibility.
