He is the founder and chief executive officer of Time Leverage and has been involved in discussions related to the XRP ecosystem and digital asset adoption. Career

Chang Hoon Moon has been active across the healthcare and blockchain sectors. He has served as Chief Executive Officer of Time Leverage since April 2025. In this role, he has been involved in the cryptocurrency space, particularly within the XRP community, where he has contributed to community initiatives and organized multiple offline conferences. Prior to this, he founded an Ethereum mining-related business and established a blockchain research association at Sungkyunkwan University while completing a fintech-focused MBA program.

Before his work in blockchain, Moon worked in the medical and pharmaceutical industries. From 2022 to 2025, he was a Product Manager at ZEISS Medical Technology in Seoul. Earlier, he worked at Boryung Holdings (Boryung Pharmaceutical) from 2019 to 2022 as a medical representative, where he was involved in sales and promotion of prescription drugs and achieved above-average sales performance.

He also served as Chief Executive Officer of Babble between 2018 and 2019, where he managed business operations, marketing strategy, and participated in securing government-supported funding. ^{[2] [1]}
