His career includes an executive position at Shanghai Star48 Culture & Media Group and the founding of MEET48.

Shanghai Star48 Culture & Media Group

Liao served as Vice President of Shanghai Star48 Culture & Media Group from June 2018 to March 2022. His professional activities during this period included involvement with the company's entertainment operations and the SNH48 idol franchise.

The franchise operated through a model combining idol management, live performances, fan engagement, and digital content distribution. During its operation, SNH48 developed a fan base of more than 10 million and maintained five dedicated theaters across five cities. Its live-performance activities extended over a period of ten years.
