Kevin Wang is a technology and product professional based in Redwood City, California, and is the cp-founder of the blockchain data project Codatta. [1] [2]
Kevin Wang earned a Master’s degree in Information Systems Management from Carnegie Mellon University, where he studied from 2007 to 2008. He previously completed a bachelor’s degree in E-business at the Central University of Finance and Economics, attending from 2003 to 2007. [1]
Kevin Wang has held roles across product development, investment, and technology. Since 2024, he has served as Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at Codatta, based in San Mateo, where he focuses on product strategy and development. In parallel, he has been a managing partner at Capital Zen in Singapore since 2022.
Prior to these roles, Wang worked at Alibaba Group from 2019 to 2022 as an associate investment director, where he was involved in technology and overseas Web3-related investments. Earlier, he served as a product owner at Ant Group between 2017 and 2019, contributing to the international development of Alipay and supporting product expansion initiatives in Southeast Asia.
From 2016 to 2017, Wang was director of products and general manager of a business unit at Fxiaoke, where he led the development of enterprise software products and oversaw business operations. Before that, he held roles at Responsys and Oracle, working on marketing automation and database technologies, including data warehousing and big data systems.
