Education

Kim Beldex attended Sekolah Menengah Sultan Abdul Samad, completing her SPM in the Science Stream in 1999. She continued her studies at Kolej ITJ, where she earned a Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering in 2001. In 2004, she completed a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering from Stamford College. ^[1]

Career

Kim Beldex began a career in 2004 as a Sales Representative at HSBC, later taking on roles in various financial institutions, including positions as Direct Sales Manager at MBF Cards (M’sia) Sdn Bhd and Sales Team Manager at EON Bank Berhad. In 2011, a position as Business Development Manager at Kenanga Investment Corporation Ltd. was secured, followed by a similar role at Brilliant Advance Management.

From 2016 to 2022, Kim led the Malaysia Team at ForexTime (FXTM) as Team Lead. In 2015, Kim founded Beldex as the company’s CEO. With over 15 years of experience in developing cryptographic protocols, Kim has played a role in advancing privacy features in the cryptocurrency industry. Under this leadership, Beldex developed the Beldex coin (BDX), a cryptocurrency that allows for varying levels of transaction traceability, supporting both public and private transactions. ^[1][2][3][4]
