Berkley went to Grosvner High School Bath in the years 1982-1986. [1]
Before joining Muhdo, Berkley worked in publishing and digital media. From May 2009 to February 2015, he was managing director and group publishing director at Ultimate Guide Media Ltd, a privately owned publisher founded in 2009. The company published magazines and bookazines in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and Luxembourg, including Men’s Fitness, Men’s Fitness Books, Fitness4women, Yoga, Inside Fitness for Women, and Digitale Fotografie.[1]
From September 2014 to January 2015, Berkley was commercial creative director at SFP Media in Ipswich.[1] His work there focused on digital transition and customer engagement, interaction, and retention, particularly for health, sports, and fitness brands.[3][1] SFP Media’s services included interactive content, mobile applications for iPhone, iPad, and Android, branding, websites, and user-acquisition support.[1]
Berkley has led Muhdo Health since October 2015, and the company was founded in 2016.[1] Muhdo describes its service as a customizable, mobile-phone-based digital health solution using genomic science to support preventive and curative healthcare and wellbeing, with the aim of making genetic knowledge more accessible.[1] Its approach uses epigenetics to help people understand how genetics, nutrition, and the environment interact, including how diet, micronutrients, exercise, and sleep can affect gene expression.[1]
Muhdohub offers longevity and DNA-health products, including supplements and epigenetics tests intended to help users monitor ageing.[1] In October 2024, a post shared by Berkley announced the launch of Muhdo Health’s DNA12 Fatigue Risk test.[1]
