Kmenta studied Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at Brno University of Technology in the Czech Republic. Kmenta’s professional career began in 2016 as a Software Engineer at VUT Brno, where he worked on automation and embedded systems research. In 2017, he joined Minerva CZ, a software development company, as a Junior Software Developer, working on full-stack projects and cybersecurity, which served as a basis for later work on blockchain technology.

In 2018, he co-founded Zel Technologies, a blockchain company that developed ZelCore, a non-custodial cryptocurrency wallet, and ZelWallet, a streamlined interface for managing digital assets. These platforms integrated cross-chain functionality and incorporated security features for decentralized asset management.

In 2021, Kmenta co-founded InFlux Technologies Limited (FLUX), which operates the Flux blockchain ecosystem. As CIO, he manages the technical development of Flux, a decentralized network designed to provide distributed computing resources. The ecosystem supports web hosting and application deployment through community-operated nodes and emphasizes interoperability between blockchain protocols.
