Steven holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with Mathematics from Obafemi Awolowo University. Ogbaje's professional career began between 2018 and 2019 when he served as a Product Manager at the Cyber-Security Research African Centre of Excellence. He ventured into the Web3 space in 2019 after taking a course by Chris Ani, which shifted his focus toward blockchain education and adoption in Africa. He organized several blockchain-focused conferences across Nigeria, including a major student-led event that attracted over 1,500 in-person attendees and 500 online viewers. In 2021, Ogbaje held roles as a Community Manager at Cryptolocally and as the Community Strategist and Head of Research at QLIP, where he focused on NFT marketing and education. He later worked as a Project Manager at ParallelScore from January to June 2022.[1][2]
In June 2022, Ogbaje joined the IQ.wiki team as a Technical Product Manager. In this capacity, he helps drive product strategy by collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting market research, and analyzing customer feedback.[1][2]
