In 2022, he joined Deloitte as a Senior Consultant, advising clients on blockchain, digital assets, and capital markets innovation. During his time at Deloitte, he contributed to projects involving digital asset custody, central bank digital currencies (CBDCs), tokenization, regulated liability networks, and shared ledger technologies for financial institutions.

In 2025, while pursuing an MBA, Nair completed internships at Ripple and Merkle Science. At Ripple, he worked on digital asset initiatives within the company's blockchain and payments business, while at Merkle Science, he served as a market expert, focusing on blockchain analytics and the digital asset ecosystem.

In 2026, Nair joined EY as a Manager in the firm's Digital Assets, Banking & Capital Markets practice. In this role, he advises banks, financial institutions, and capital markets firms on adopting blockchain technology, tokenized assets, digital payment systems, and other emerging technologies shaping the future of financial services. ^[4]
