Joined Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) as Head of Asia Pacific, based in Singapore, to manage the company's regional expansion.

Managed the acquisition and integration of the Singapore Mercantile Exchange (SMX), which became ICE Futures Singapore and ICE Clear Singapore.

Appointed President of ICE Futures U.S., a key subsidiary of Intercontinental Exchange, and relocated from Singapore to New York.
