Career

Mayer-Hirschfeld began his career with a summer internship at Facebook in 2015 and a summer fellowship at Lightspeed Venture Partners in 2016. During his time as a fellow, he founded FameGame TV, a mobile entertainment platform he led until 2019. He then joined Scale AI as a product operations manager before moving into a product management role the following year. From 2020 to 2022, he served as the company's Director of Strategic Product Management. In 2022, Mayer-Hirschfeld co-founded Scout AI, which was acquired by Scale AI in 2023. Upon his return to Scale AI after the acquisition, he held senior leadership positions, including Vice President of Generative AI from 2023 to 2024 and Senior Vice President of Generative AI Product and Operations from 2024 to 2025.
