sBTC deposits became available on the Stacks mainnet, allowing users to peg-in BTC. This followed an official announcement by the Stacks Foundation.

sBTC withdrawals were enabled on the mainnet, completing the two-way peg functionality and allowing users to convert sBTC back to BTC.
