Armin Ronacher (May 10, 1989) in Austria is an open source software developer and the creator of the web application development tool, Flask web framework, for Python.
He has regularly been a featured speaker at developer conferences.

As a freelance developer he started his work in open source for the German Ubuntu community portal "ubuntuusers".[3]
There, he used the Python programming language and wrote the first implementations for WSGI with the aim to write a Python bulletin board together with Georg Brandl, which was to be called "Pocoo".[4]
