Divly's mission is to democratize crypto tax management. The founders recognized the challenges individuals face in navigating tax regulations without expertise in both tax law and programming. “We see a big problem in declaring crypto and are convinced our product will make it easier. Determining what you must declare for each transaction can be overwhelming and time-consuming. If you are not an accountant, tax lawyer, or programmer and have many transactions, you have little chance of doing this manually yourself.” - Founder & CEO, said in an interview.[6]

In March 2023, Divly raised $400,000 in a fundraiser. The investment was joined by DHS Venture Partners, Greens Ventures, and YEoS Ventures. Following the close of the round, Divly declared plans to bolster its growth and expand its reach to more investors globally. [6]

Divly x Safello

In March 2022, A Sweden crypto broker Safello announced the launch of a partnership with Divly, to offer its users an effective process to calculate taxes and handle tax reports concerning their cryptocurrency transactions. [4]

“The automated Safello integration in Divly is the most elegant solution we’ve built to date. Safello’s API utilizing BankID makes it remarkably easy for Safello customers to import their transaction history into Divly and download a localized crypto tax report.” - CEO and co-founder of Divly. [4]

Divly x Coinmotion

In 2022, Divly entered into a partnership with Coinmotion, a cryptocurrency exchange based in Finland, to offer cryptocurrency tax assistance to their users. Divly's tax calculator is designed specifically for the Finnish tax system and takes into account Finland's acquisition cost to automatically apply the current tax rules. To celebrate the partnership, Coinmotion offered a 20% discount on Divly's services to users who transfer their transactions from Coinmotion to Divly. [5]

Divly x Trijo

In March 2023, Divly partnered with Swedish exchange Trijo to encourage Swedes to start declaring their income. The partnership was done to promote the use of Divly in declaring crypto tax. [7]

"With Divly you can import all your transactions from different wallets, exchanges and blockchains to one place. The tool then performs all tax calculations for you using the average method and generates a tax report with the information you need to declare to the Swedish Tax Agency" - the press release stated.[7]
