Ruben Rehn is the CTO and Co-founder of Divly, a cryptocurrency tax platform that focuses on creating localized tax reports for cryptocurrency traders globally. ^[1][2]

Education

Ruben Rehn attended KTH Royal Institute of Technology in 2018 where he studied for a BSc. in Computer Science. From 2011 to 2014, he attended the Stockholm School of Economics and graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting Management. ^[1]

Career

Ruben Rehn began his career in 2013 as an Asset Service Officer at Swedbank where he was in charge of asset & security transfer for private customers and also reporting corporate action information to stakeholders within the bank. In October 2014, he moved to the role of a Project Manager at FHR Parts AB, managing the development of FHR Parts' inventory management and pricing system. ^[1]

In 2015, Ruben founded Rehn Studios, a holding company for his ventures and investments. He was employed by OVPN.com^[3] in December 2015 as a Lead Product Developer in charge of the technical project management of OVPN's client software product. He was promoted in January 2017 to the role of Part Owner. ^[1]

In July 2018, Ruben founded paperSprout^[4] and served as the Web System Developer helping clients create and manage web development projects. ^[1]

Divly

In June 2021, Ruben Rehn founded Divly alongside Carl Gärdsell and serves as the CTO of the company. ^[1]

Divly is a crypto management platform that offers localized tax returns in Europe with a strong focus on the Nordic countries, the Netherlands, Japan, and Germany. The platform aims to simplify the complex world of crypto taxes, providing users with an accessible solution. ^[2]

In March 2023, Divly raised $400,000 in a fundraiser. The investment was joined by DHS Venture Partners, Greens Ventures, and YEoS Ventures. Following the close of the round, Divly declared plans to bolster its growth and expand its reach to more investors globally. ^[5]

Divly has partnered with multiple organizations like Safello, Coinmotion, Trijo, etc. to offer cryptocurrency tax assistance to users globally. Divly's product offering include - a crypto tax platform, transaction import from various wallets & exchanges, flexible pricing options, and a professional tax suite for accountants. ^[6]
