HTX
HTX was established in 2013 by Du Jun and Li Leon as a digital asset trading platform. It has since developed into a broader blockchain ecosystem that includes trading, financial derivatives, research, investments, and content initiatives. HTX functions as a connection point to Web3, focusing on offering secure and dependable services to users worldwide.
The decision to create a trading platform was influenced by observing successful examples like Mt.Gox and Bitcoin China. Early efforts focused on addressing challenges such as educating users about Bitcoin's core principles through offline seminars. After briefly stepping away to concentrate on media ventures like Golden Finance and Node Capital, Du Jun returned to the blockchain industry, recognizing the increasing global importance of distributed ledger technology (DLT).
“I hope to return to this collective and meet like-minded friends as well as realize the ideal together.” -Du Jun [1] [2] [4]
