Elizabeth Rossiello
Elizabeth Rossiello is Co-founder of Bitpesa. She lives in Nairobi, Kenya.[2]
Career
Elizabeth co-founded Bitpesa in 201e and currently serves as its Chief executive officer. She also worked in Kenya as a Microfinance Analyst and Investment Associate since 2009.[1]
She is an expert in East African financial product development and establishing best practices in risk, governance and IT for local banks. Prior to her work in East Africa, she served as an Analyst at Credit Suisse in Zürich, a Robert Bosch Fellow and a Summer Analyst at Goldman Sachs in Frankfurt.[2]
In 2004-2005, Elizabeth worked as a Research Analyst at LECG. Previously, she was an Intern at State of West Virginia Economic Development and German Bundestag.[1]
Education
Elizabeth received a B.A in Political science from State University of New York College at Buffalo. She also holds Master's degree in International Finance from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs. Prior to that, she finished Hunter College High School.[3]
