Eric Wang

Eric Wang is an entrepreneur and business development executive who currently serves as co-founder of Theseus AI Labs. His career has focused on blockchain infrastructure, venture investing, ecosystem development, and strategic partnerships across decentralized technologies and artificial intelligence. ^[1]

Education

Wang earned a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from UCLA and a Master of Science and Ph.D in Chemistry from Stanford University. ^[2]

Career

Wang began working in the blockchain investment sector in 2018 as a partner at a crypto-focused investment fund, participating in early-stage investments across a range of blockchain projects. That same year, he co-founded Archon, a venture-backed company developing decentralized storage technology, where he led fundraising, business development, and research activities until 2019. Beginning in 2019, Wang held several roles supporting blockchain ecosystems and decentralized finance projects. He served as an advisor to Injective Labs and Equilibrium while joining Parity Technologies as Ecosystem Development Lead. At Parity, he focused on ecosystem expansion, partnership development, and initiatives to support developers building on the Substrate framework. In 2021, he was promoted to Head of Strategic Growth, overseeing broader strategic growth efforts for the company's blockchain ecosystem.

In 2021, Wang also co-founded ROK Capital, serving as a General Partner before transitioning to a Venture Partner role in 2023. During this period, he continued working across venture investment and blockchain infrastructure. From 2023 to 2025, he served as Head of Business Development at Analog, where he led business development initiatives for the blockchain interoperability platform. In 2025, he co-founded Theseus AI Labs, where he focuses on developing artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. ^[3]
